APCON inducts Redwood Consulting MD as a Fellow of Advertising

The Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) has inducted Hannah Oyebanjo, the CEO of Redwood Consulting as a Fellow of the advertising profession in Nigeria.

Her induction as a Fellow of the body comes as a result of the recognition of her contributions towards developing and advancing the practice of advertising and the integrated marketing communications ecosystem in general.

The induction ceremony, which took place at the prestigious Radisson Blu hotels in Ikeja was graced by heavy weights in the advertising industry and dignitaries from the Government and corporate sectors.

In her acceptance speech to thank the APCON management, Hannah Oyebanjo said her induction as a Fellow of the advertising industry was a responsibility she was not taking lightly. She added that the objectives of APCON align with ours at Redwood Consulting.

APCON is the regulatory body mandated by the Federal Government to regulate and control the practice of advertising in all its aspects and ramifications in Nigeria. The vision of the body is to promote responsible and ethical advertising practice whilst also acting as the conscience of the society and a watchdog for the consumers to protect their interests.
