The President of All Farmers Association of Nigeria (AFAN), Arc Kabir Ibrahim, has sent condolences to the family of late Mallam Abba Kyari, Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari.
Abba Kyari succumbed to death from Covid-19 on Friday, 17 April 2020, his passing was announced in a statement from the presidency signed by the special adviser to the President on media and publicity, Mr Femi Adesina.
“I have learned of the death of Mallam Abba Kyari and wish his family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
“I also wish to commiserate with Nigerians on his loss to Covid-19 and ask them to stay safe by observing social distancing and general hygiene to prevent infection, as the coronavirus is a real threat to life and there appears to be no cure for it yet,” Ibrahim said.
